A condition characterized as an increased level of bilirubin above 85 umol/l (5 mg/dL) which manifests as yellowing of the eyes, skin, and other tissues of a Newborn due to the transmission of any Drug or toxic Substance to the Newborn via the Breast milk or in other way given to the newborn.
